The Spruce Point project includes two properties: an existing main house and newly built guest house. The goal of the main house was to preserve as much character and charm as possible, while the goal of the guest house was to incorporate a more modern, clean-lined look. Combined, both properties embody a cohesive design with effortless style. I collaborated with my clients to maximize the functionality of their space; thus, the organized layouts of the two structures provide much-needed flow. With the ocean as their backyard, this family now has the vacation retreat of their dreams.
